What we do know
Rockstar has not revealed any secret, hidden challenge or collectible in GTA 6. Any guide promising specific rewards today for finding objects on the map of Leonida is making them up. What does exist is a long tradition of mysteries in the series’ maps.
The series’ most famous mysteries
- The Mount Chiliad mural (GTA V): a drawing at the top of the mountain, with a UFO and an egg, fueled theories for years that the community investigated relentlessly.
- Ghosts and UFOs: GTA V hid apparitions that only happened under certain conditions, such as the Mount Gordo ghost, visible at night.
- Classic collectibles: the spaceship parts or the letter scraps that uncovered a serial killer made you travel the whole map.
What we have seen of Leonida
The trailers show a map with very different areas, from the city to swamps and keys. Given its size and variety, it is reasonable to expect Rockstar to hide secrets again, but none are confirmed.
How we will help
When the game launches on November 19, 2026, we will document the real secrets on the Return to Vice interactive map, with verified locations. Until then, be wary of lists of “all GTA 6 secrets”.
